DONALDSON – West Central High School senior, Alexis Beiswanger, recently signed her letter of intent to cheer at Ancilla College.
Beiswanger was a varsity cheerleader for both football and basketball sideline under head coach Kelsey Erb. During her cheer career, she was the recipient of the Spirited Award, the Sportsmanship Award, and she earned individual awards during UCA Cheer Camp.
"Lexie cheered at West Central for seven years and multiple clinics before that," said Coach Erb. "She has an outstanding attitude and can push through any circumstance. She is an amazing, spirited cheerleader and she will do great things at Ancilla."
"We are excited to welcome Lexie to our program," said Kaylee Feece, Ancilla Head Coach. "She has a great foundation of skills from West Central where she cheered for several years. She has a great attitude and a true love for the sport. I look forward to watching her skills continue to grow as she brings that love to Ancilla."
"I like Ancilla because it is a small school like mine," commented Beiswanger. "It's a beautiful campus and I am so excited to be able to continue cheering."
Beiswanger is the daughter of Roger and Amie Beiswanger. While attending Ancilla, she plans to study Business.
