
MUSKEGON, MI – The Chargers men's basketball team lost a conference game Wednesday to Muskegon Community College 80-66. The Chargers end the year 8-18 overall and 2-14 in the MCCAA West.
Coach Butcher mentioned, "We got off to a good start but allowed a big run in the first half and allowed Muskegon to get back in the game."
Top performances were turned in by Rosey Green (South Bend, IN) 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists while Jacob Frazier (Niles, MI) added 28 points and 10 rebounds for the Chargers.
Butcher commented on the season by saying, "The guys played hard this year. I am confident we will get better and we will start preparations for next season immediately!"
