Coach Liverance enters his 10^th season as the Ancilla College women's basketball coach. The Chargers finished the 2008-09 season 14-15 overall and 7-9 in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association.

Liverance came to Ancilla from Oregon Davis Schools where he was the Athletic Director, Health, and Physical Education teacher. Prior to Oregon Davis, Coach Liverance was the Athletic Director and Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Fort Wayne Christian. Liverance led the turnaround for the Crusaders and in 1997 was named Coach of the Year in the Midland Athletic Conference. Coach Liverance has coached at all levels of basketball has mentored 1000's of young people in the game of basketball.

While at Ancilla College, Coach Liverance has mentored three All Region performers, 20 All Conference selections, 8 Academic All Conference selections.

Besides his coaching duties, Liverance is also the Assistant Athletic Director-his duties includes: eligibility, scheduling, transportation, and athletic field maintenance.

Liverance, who is originally from Waterloo, Iowa, graduated from Grace College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education. Liverance enjoys playing golf and fishing during his spare time. Dave is married to Joanna they have one son, Jordan.
